Religious Ed Registration is Ongoing

Do you have a child from kindergarten through the eighth grade who does not attend Catholic school? Registration forms for Sunday religious education classes have been emailed to returning students. New students and their families are Invited to meet with Patty Mann to register.

Please call Patty at the parish office (760)722-1688 to make the appropriate arrangements. Classes will begin on September 10.

Looking for Parish Representative!

The structure of the School Advisory Council allows for two parishioners to serve as Parish Representatives. If you have a special interest in the school and would like to help optimize its potential, please submit a letter of interest to the pastor by July 15.

Liturgy of the Word for children (Age 3-10)

The children of the parish are invited to join the Children’s Liturgy of the Word each Sunday at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. We sing, dance, listen and reflect on the readings at a level that children can appreciate. Come have fun and learn something that you can take home each week!

Learn and Understand Your Fertility


Interested in learning how to naturally achieve or avoid pregnancy in harmony with Church teaching? The Creighton Model FertilityCare System, a natural, church-approved system you can learn to use that is 99.6% effective to avoid pregnancy or space children. The same system can be used equally to achieve pregnancy if you have been struggling or diagnosed with infertility.

Detention Ministry

Detention Ministry

Volunteers are requested to help serve Catholic inmates in detention facilities. The greatest needs are in five detention facilities in Otay Mesa.

Can you find a couple of hours a week or even once a month to serve on a ministry team and pray, read scripture, and facilitate discussion with Catholic inmates?

Please explore this opportunity to help others and deepen your own relationship with God. There will be a diocesan Detention Ministry Information and Training Seminar on February 8 from 6-9 pm.
